Stopped in to visit a patient and the people are friendly and this place is Spic n Span.
Excellent facility. Excellent patient care. My mother has been in 2 rehab facilities in 12 months. Two separate incidents; both broken hips. Last rehab facility was good; Mercy is exceptional. Clean, quality, professional staff. Physicians listen to the patient and the family for input. PT is great, pleasant, professional, experienced and encouraging. Dana Hollinger, case manager, is the best I've ever worked with. She's detail oriented, communicable, professional and flexible. She does the job you always hope a case manager... read more
very happy with the care my dad is receiving. Very kind staff and while they push him hard they push in the right way. Highly recommend.
This was an amazing experience! The therapy I received was so helpful and the ideas for at home daily self therapy was explaining very detailed and anytime I had a question they took the time to listen to me and answer. The nursing/tech staff was overall excellent. I would definitely recommend Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital
