RecommendedI toured Mercy Village with my Mom who is looking for a place for her future . We loved our visit there. The staff was extremely kind and informative. The facility was so clean and the apartments are beautiful. I know when my mom is ready to make the move that she has found her new home here. Thank you staff of mercy village for helping make this experience a good one and the decision easy.

RecommendedWe have been so very pleased with the wonderful care that my 96-year old grandmother has been receiving since she has been at Sanctuary at Mercy Village. The staff including the aides, the nurses, and the receptionist are the best. They treat my grandmother so well, and they are so kind with her. We couldn't ask for a better place for her. My review is based on personal experience over the course of a year when my mother was in the memory care unit at Mercy Village. She was a resident from January 2025 to February 2026. With all the information I had and was given at the time, I believed I was making the best choice for mom to be placed in Mercy Village.
