my recent visit-1/9/15 i had a problem that started yesterday with soreness and swelling in the upper left side of my mouth and it was worse this morning so i called Dr Valo's ofc hoping to get in ASAP. after i explained the problem, i was told i could come in this afternoon. when i got in the exam chair i explained the problem to his asst and an xray was taken. I lost a filling out of my tooth and Dr. Valo promptly assessed what needed to be done and wasted no time accomplishing the task. He took his time numbing the area and it was already to go in a matter of minutes. The filling looks awesome and feels solid. Also, within an hour after leaving Dr. Valo's office the numbness was almost gone--wow! Dr. Valo is a true professional and in addition seems to really like what he is doing. I guess that's why he's so good at it. He helped to make my Christmas Merry--yay!!!
