Not sure what you are asking for For the first time I had to wait quite awhile for the dr to exam my teeth. Long after the cleaning was done, dr was not available for quite awhile. Certainly am glad that I wasn't on a lunch hour. Rest of service was great. I love Marybeth and Dr Valo but you asked for the truth

Professionalism with Home town relationship Dr. Valo and his entire team care. They are very good about honoring the patients time with the appointment. The Team from the front desk to the dental hygienist (My hygienist is Tina) make's you feel like family, they remember you and your family and are very open as to their family. They are all very efficient and open to your needs as well as staying up to date with the latest technology in dental. highly recommended! Dr. Valo is the best! He has been my dentist for almost 20 years, and I credit him for saving several of my teeth. He is attentive and careful, and he and his staff are friendly and courteous. From the bird habitats and flower displays outside each window to the complimentary refreshment station, it's clear that Dr. Valo and his team are dedicated to taking patient care to the next level.

Always a pleasure My teeth are the cutting edge between my nourishment and malnutrition. Proper dental and gum hygiene can stave off staph infection with a hearty smile instead of a heart attack. So that's my reason for seeking out the best care possible. As I age my immune system needs all the help it can get from me.. I appreciate the care, preventive maintenance and education I receive at my visits. Also the cooperative and genuine thoughtfulness of all office personnel. And the refreshment bar was a wonderful perk!
