In current crazy home market, getting an offer to build a home is really a big challenging task. Good thing with Meritage Homes, there is no bidding war compared to most of the builders. All we need to do is enter into the communities waitlist early as possible, look for the lot release emails, respond and wait for the call. Drew was very professional at Shopton Point.
