Meritage Marcus has been a pleasure to work with very professional not pushy at all. Bryan with Meritage mortgage has been amazing as well. I also ordered a home inspection and the items on the inspection were very minimal. I am tentatively scheduled to close on 20 April so far it has been aamazing experience, I work for a builder in Charlotte and I’m very impressed by Meritage

We will soon be closing on our new home from Meritage in Lincoln, CA. We looked at a lot of existing and new builds, but this home hit all the marks in what we were looking for, design, quality, lot size. They worked seamlessly with our agents, and the process was smooth. We ended up using their lending partner and it has been about as stress free of a home purchase I have experienced. Cassie Campanale kept me informed on the progress as we are out of state, sending photos, etc. I could not be happier with our experience!

I value energy efficiency of my new home. Nice layout of the entire home. Good location - close to LPGA Clubhouse and swimming pool. Of course, proximity to golf courses big attraction.
