Great experience! Tom Temmel the Sales Counselor made it so easy. He walked me thru the Meritage difference in practical terms by showcasing the home and highlighting the difference in energy efficiency and standard features that are mostly upgrades with other builders. I bought homes from other builders so I can easily see the difference. I wondered how I did not come across Meritage Homes until now.
