It was a great experience. Chris Rivera was patient, and took extra time to explain features and the process. Buying a house can be stressful but he made us at ease and went the extra mile to answer all of our questions in a thoughtful manner. Chris is down to earth and relates with people and is a positive face for Meritage. Great customer service & people person!

Robyn my sales rep is great! Very nice and helpful. I do wish I could of gotten the paint color of my house that I wanted which was dark and light gray but you only had that color 2018 :( I also would of liked to have the choice to swap out at least 1-2 items in my design package example bathroom counters in one package has gray specs of color that’s what I want but thats in the brown packages. Gray and brown doesn’t match together. I don’t like browns or tans I like all white and gray colors and black contemporary modern. I... read more
