Very excited to be first-time buyers with Meritage. They provided us with exceptional service. The salesperson Giselle and the Meritage team helped us through the process, including Lindsey, a salesperson we met previously. They have very good incentives, quality materials and the houses are very cozy. We are very happy with our purchase.
They are terrible. Do not buy from them. They do sloppy work. They rush and cut corners. They push you to sign the paper work while promising things will get repaired after you move in. Then they don't fulfill the promise. I have never seen such terrible work. There is problems on almost every surface in every room. It's a joke. I regret buying this home. My home is fine a few nagging details that seem to take forever to get to, but nothing major. But they've trashed the local environment and nobody seems to care. I bought at Canyon Views in Buckeye, and the development borders state Desert reserve next to the White Tank mountains. But months of construction debris has blown out to the fence line and beyond into the desert. I love my Meritage home!!! I would like to say it was a process buying our home. But our construction manager Jaime Moore he is absolutely amazing!!! He was always right on time with all updates, concerns and questions. I don't think we would have survived the headache of this process without him. He always remained positive even when we had doubts. Meritage you should be very proud of the guidance and hard work he provides. I Wang to say thank you to Jaime and his crew for building our beautiful home.
INCREASES SALES PRICE. Advertises completely misleading information. After agreement in pricing was made, just before signing the contract the agent informs us that price will increase by 10k. My wife and I are buying are first time home buyer and this bully corporation is taking advantage of us.
