Lisa was totally professional, completed a factfind with regard to our current stituation and then went on to recommend a number of mortgages of which we chose one. She is very friendly and gave us lots of time to consider our options and when one property fell through seemlessly got the mortgage offer changed to the new property. My situation wasn't a typical one: an older first-time buyer with a larger deposit, looking for a shorter-term mortgage and buying directly from the seller. That didn't faze Lisa - she put me in contact with conveyancing solicitors and sorted me out a great mortgage deal. Highly professional and very patient with me, I can't recommend her highly enough if you're a nervous or unsure buyer. I successfully exchanged without a hitch, thanks to Lisa and the team.
