Mermaid has an associated plumbing company which made design and installation of our new water treatment system a breeze. Scheduling was fast and convenient. The technicians who installed the system were very courteous. After installation they spent fifteen minutes with me explaining the system and maintenance requirements and troubleshooting. All debris was removed and the job site was clean. We highly recommend Mermaid.
We had an emergency visit from Mermaid Water this week and we are so grateful for the amazing costumer service they provided for us. Brent came over the same day, along with another gentleman, and were quickly able to diagnose the issue and set us up with a game plan for what would be done next. I had a Kinetico water softener installed 7 years ago with Mermaid water and scheduled a maintenance visit to ensure everything was working as it should. Amazing customer service and friendly knowledgeable technicians. Steve H took a look at the system, broke it down to inspect each piece and did a few gasket replacements after doing a water quality test. Could not have been a better experience.
