Unfortunately I had very limited choice on when to search for a new home and apply for loan. At the end of a year and during the beginning of a new one. During a very wet winter. I lived out of a suitcase for about five months. I was desperate for my own home and routine. No fault of MJ, there were some hiccups at the property, weather related.
