My schedule is pretty different then most. I start my work day at 3pm and get off work at 3am. Monday to Friday, so when I had questions it was later in the evening while I was working or when I finally got a chance to deal with things it was on Sundays. Merrick would always answer my calls and always get right back to me. He was able to answer all my questions and point me in the right direction as this was my first time going through these processes.
