I had to have surgery on my face after an injury, leaving fractured bones in my face. Dr Coviello not only did an amazing job with the surgery but was very attentive at making sure it gone done in time and making me feel very comfortable about the surgery and procedure. I’m 78 and had to have a wisdom tooth pulled! She was so gentle and had that tooth out in no time. Staff was excellent
It was great.
As with all past experiences, waiting room wait was very short. I was in the chair for 5-10 minutes. Dr Coviello explained exactly what needs to be done, got my next app't scheduled, & was on my way. Well done, very well done! A+++!!
Very friendly and nice facilities
Dr Coviello and his staff went out of their way to answer all of our questions in a warm and welcome environment. He even distracted my nervous son who was about to have his wisdom teeth removed by debating and reviewing the new Star Wars movie. I'm still laughing! Dr Coviello rules!!
Very knowledgeable and willing to answer every question. Very professional and relatable. Created a relaxed atmosphere. I had to schedule an urgent appointment a week after my wisdom tooth extraction for fear of swelling and some discharge. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and take care of the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Coviello.
Was supposed to have a referral sent since Dr Caviello unable to help us and not only was the referral not sent but now I cannot get a return phone call from his office. Two wasted visits to this practice since messages office staff did not listen to what we were coming in for.
Never got in to see the doctor actually. Receptionist was so rude. When I told her it was for a TMJ consult, she said "oh, we only see those kind of patients a few times a year. Our next available is 9 months from now." NINE months is beyond ridiculous when you're in pain and referred by your family doctor. Would never recommend practice, sadly, based on my interaction with the front office alone.
