Dr. Yoon and the entire staff always go above and beyond.
I had a cleaning today. The hygienist was out sick so Dr Yoon did my cleaning as well as my exam. She explains everything she is doing and makes sure you understand your treatment and any options. She and all her office staff take an interest in you and want to ensure your comfort while you are there. With Dr Yoon, there is no dreading of going to the dentist.
Just had my first appointment at this dental practice yesterday (insurance plan change), and I could not be more impressed. The hygienist was not only great, careful, and thorough, but warm, funny, and very caring. A+ for that. Then I met the dentist, Dr. Yoon, who did her exam, explaining everything along the way, and treating me like she had all day to make sure I was taken care of.
