Hygienist was excellent, I have been very happy with everyone here since I started almost 2 years ago.
I had my 6 month cleaning with Linda who is comprehensive, gentle and an exceptionally pleasant. She has taught me how to develop a hassle free routine with maintaining oral health that has had great results. I appreciate that Dr. Morris, the team and I have a treatment plan that we assess and update each time. With everyone at Merrimack Smiles, I feel there is a team spirit of professionalism, friendliness and caring , they are very good at what they do.
My dental cleaning with Virginia last week was excellent once again. Dr Morris continues to be through with his exam, and the entire office is friendly and personable. I highly recommend Merrimack Smiles for dental care.
The team made sure they where familiar with my case, concerns and possible options for care/treatment. Never felt rushed even though I called for a last minute appointment to be seen that day
Linda always does a fantastic job with our family's dental care; her attention to detail and knowledge of our past medical history as well as current dental conditions always reminds us that we are in good hands at Merrimack Smiles. Dr. Morris and his staff are always friendly and willing to explain all aspects of care and billing. We would highly recommend this office!!
I was in for a crown and it was also the first time Dr. Morris would work on my teeth. I didn't experience pain during the procedure or the days that followed. He was very gentle and considerate of how I was doing throughout the procedure, including stopping his work to give my jaw a break without my having to ask. My comfort level was important to him! They fit me in and took care of the problem. Their attentiveness was professional and well appreciated.
The staff could not have been more helpful for our daughters first dentist visit at just 17 months. Everyone is super friendly, informative, and professional. Every room had plenty of toys to keep my daughter entertained and happy. Even skipping nap time today did not prevent the staff from making her first visit an absolute success (with no meltdowns!) It was a pleasure to meet everyone and we are so glad we found Merrimack Smiles! See you soon!
