My cat, Callie, and I had our first visit here today. The atmosphere and staff are all kind and friendly, and Tina and Dr. Rochefort were both amazing and had a great bedside manner not only with Callie but with me, as well. Highly recommend!
Just want to say Merrimack Veterinarian Hospital is great! The office staff, vet techs and Dr. Smullen have gone above and beyond with the care of our furry family member as well as very friendly and accommodating (especially Tina). Thank you so much for all you have done.
We have used the services of Merrimack Veterinary Hospital for over 40 years (2 dogs, 4 cats). Our 16 year old cat became very sick. The cat had stopped eating solid food. Care onsite was good. On three occasions we left messages for the vet to call us, and we received ZERO callbacks. This was for two different Vets. I understand they are busy, but no call backs is BS. We will never go back to this facility.
I have been a customer for 12 years with 3 dogs. We also board there from time to time. Yesterday I called with a concern and request and found the person dismissive and not empathetic at all. She said she would happily fax the records to the vet of my choosing. Ha!
We have been bringing our two rescue dogs here for years. Our older dog struggles with anxiety and has some liver issues, and our younger dog is physically impaired due to an accident before we adopted her. All the staff at MVH are wonderful and take amazing care of both our girls and their special needs. We’ve seen several of the docs at one point or another and they’re all great. Started taking my two dogs here 8 months ago. I have been very happy with the service and care that my animals receive. In addition to that, the Paw Plan has provided me an affordable solution to my dog's veterinary needs.
My boys have been going here since I adopted them. Dr. Grasso is fabulous! She has been a huge help with my younger cat’s illness!
Fast service and so many friendly people! I believe we made a great choice for our puppy.
