Four points: 1. The food was generally too salty; both the appetizer and main dish. 2. The duck breast portion we were served was improperly prepared, with the fat under the skin flabby, soft, and inedible. Properly cooked duck breast is cooked at a low temperature on the skin side to render the fat and leave delectable crispy skin. 3.
