first time dining at the mesh. Came from out of town. Presented with brunch menu only- but nice selections. Ate in the bar area- a little loud, but it was football Sunday. Overall, very nice. Good service, good food, decent value. Will go back and would recommend to others.
We'd eaten at Mesh for brunch in the past but this was our first time for dinner. The menu offered a nice variety and we will go back to try other options. It is casual enough to be comfortable but appropriate to dress for a nice date also. Within walking of several pre- or post-dinner spots if the weather is good. A good option when you're on Mass Ave.
This was our return visit from a year ago. Prices were the same but the food was not as enjoyable. We had the pork chops both times, but the rub and sides lacked any significant flavor this time. The chop was also boarderline well done. The New York strip looked better but was done medium vs medium rare. The filet was rare (warm at best) but ordered medium rare. We were really looking forward to our dinner so this outcome was unfortunate
