Not sure if they were under staffed or not, the waiter mention issues in the kitchen when our order was incorrect. My date had to wait 15 mins for his correct meal to be sent out. My grilled chicken was dry on my salad, but the actual salad base was very good. The service felt slow, even while waiting to check out (after we said we were in a hurry a few different times). The atmosphere was enjoyable and staff was pleasant, just was not my best visit to this restaurant.

Five of us had a very nice Christmas Eve dinner at Mesh. They were out of scallops, so a couple of us ordered the sea bass instead, which was delicious. It wasn’t as crowded as we were expecting, so that was nice…especially since the round table in front of the window on the right side is huge. If it had been noisier, I might not have been able to hear our table conversation as well. Service was very good.

We had a family Christmas get-together brunch at Mesh and enjoyed the food, service personnel, and the setting. The sound level was important too. Many restaurants have hard surfaces reflecting sound and loud TV making the dining room much too noisy for conversations over a table of 6. We were able to catch up without competing sports TV or noisy groups.
