Sat in the bar to watch the end of the golf playoff & ordered fried green tomatoes & calamari for appetizers. Both very good. I had the grilled chicken salad & everyone else had steak & frites. Salad was very big & tasted good too.
I didn't put in any special request when I made the reservation. For future reservations, I'll be sure to indicate I want to be in the main dining room, not in the bar area. When we arrived, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Then we were seated at a table in the bar. There was a UL basketball game going on and the music was playing. All is great, service was awesome. Food was good. We had a new waitress she did a nice job
The visit didn’t start out well because the waitress didn’t realize that our table was assigned to her, so we sat for around 25 minutes before stopping someone (we were waiting on another couple and thought that may have been the hold up). However, it was an honest mistake and the manager came to check on us and took care of us and the waitress was very good.
