Product is good. Pricey for a frame bezel ($50.00 after shipping). And took at least 2 weeks to make one. Also no shipping or tracking provided. No heads up when it was shipped. Just an email generally stating we'll let you know when it's ready and still didn't get any prompt about it. I'm torn about that.
Didn't get a shipping update, but shipped in a timely fashion. Well packaged, and no damage. Already fabbed up what I was making and it looks great!
This was my first time ordering from these folks and I am thrilled with the result. The piece is exactly as specified and the packing was kind of phenomenal. I received my piece today and have already placed another order this afternoon.
The piece was cut exactly as ordered and described by the ordering guidelines. I ordered the piece to provide a base to a 5 gallon aquarium on top of a bit of furniture that has a hollow veneer top. The metal will spread the weight of the aquarium out to more surface area which should hopefully prevent bowing. Either way they sent exactly what I asked for.
Perfect fit, excellent professional finishing. The pump factory did not have a mount for my application, I designed it and MetalCut4U made it happen. Thanks
