It was a good experience and I highly recommend them! W went in looking for new carpet and Jen helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose a carpet for our lifestyle, which is kids and dogs. We did the whole house and it was a good experience. Our installers were good! They were professional, friendly, clean, and diligent. Jen's follow up afterward was very good. It was easy. Buying carpet isn't something you do very often. It is a big decision and they were the right choice!

They are organized and professional. The sales associate was very helpful and brought samples. He projected the installation would take two days and it only took one which was awesome. We were able to resume normal lifestyle pretty quickly.

They go above and beyond to accommodate all request and do a great job! This is not the first time I've used Metro Flooring. I have used them multiple times for baseboards, carpet, and flooring. Everything turned out great!
My experience was wonderful and I would do it again! The first time we used them was a long time ago, and that was great! I have recommended friends to them and have come back to do my most recent project, which turned out really nice. There were a couple of hiccups with the install where they cut out around some internet cables, which I didn't want, but they came back and fixed it, so even that was great!
