Excellent location Nice location, and with in walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Only issue was the place could use a little update and maintenance on minor repairs need to be addressed. The employees were very helpful and accommodating.
Wonderful stay close to all amenities The Hotel Manager Santiago Arias was wonderful, and all the front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24/7. We had a fabulous time, the hotel is very close to everything, the beach, convenience store, groceries (Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Whole Foods), all kinds of shopping on Collins Ave, plenty of restaurants of all kinds as well as fast food and cafe's within walking distance. It was ok. I would stay again if I’m not trying to stunt but it’s like my back pocket go to for the low if you get what I mean. It’s a 3 star but that’s like just making a 3.
I really liked the set up of the unit. It was somewhat clean and seemed quiet. The televisions didn’t work and when we asked the front desk for help, they said they would send someone the next day(we checked out the next day) to come fix them. We also were awakened several times throughout the night by the fire alarms because one of the neighboring units had someone using the shower and the steam from it kept setting everyone’s alarms off. It’s just ok The room was nice and it is just a block from the parking garage at the beach. But service wasn’t that great. Extremely slow check in. We waited three hours for our room. There’s no pool and the lobby is being renovated so there isn’t a lobby right now. They do have an outdoor patio that’s OK. But I think I’ll spend a bit more next time for a hotel that is right on the beach and has either a parking garage or a valet service.
It’s huge with kitchen, dining table, TV with sofa set… walk in closet… We just like it so much!! But the towel tho…we only have two towels even if we booked for four.
