It was nice at first glance. The design and set up was glorious from the hallway to the suite; also the shower had great hot water. On the other hand; one of the smart tvs was not connected to the internet as a result I couldn’t cast. Also there was a mini fridge instead of a full standard fridge that was advised. Also a dead roach appeared at the door on the second day. Also the bed was never made during house keeping time only towels dropped off.

Room was clean and very cute. Staff was nice. Previous reviews talked about early check in and being able to leave your luggage, this is false. I received an email from the hotel the day before check in saying 20$ an hour for early check in, when i got there front desk said they could check us in around 12-1, i asked to leave our bags and was told we dont have space to hold bags and recommended a place called luggae lounge 2 blocks away, asked if they have a restroom for guests, nope had to use the restroom at fat tuesday wh... read more

I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was good except the door wouldn't lock but the front desk crew took care of the situation. I would stay agin
