Metropolitan did a fantastic job with our four bathroom remodeling job. From Estimate, to design, to installation and making sure everything was perfect, they were professional, helpful and a joy to work with. Cloud is a treasure and Eric, William and Jaimie were easy to work with, listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions from their experience. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out!! I wish I had more bathrooms, or they did kitchens!
I had gotten other bids, some lower than MB&T, but there was no real caring in their attitudes. It was just another job to them,. I almost decided to do nothing. My bathroom was pretty nice, but I didn't want the big tub. I wanted a nice shower. I kept hearing MB&T ads, so I thought I would try one more time. In came Chris Hughes. The powder room project was completed without a hitch. The start and end date for the project was as planned. The arrival time of the workmen was as scheduled. The workmen were professional , efficient and neat. The sales representatives and the initial person that made measurements were excellent employees. Thank you each. t
Remodeling of bathroom couldn't have gone smoother. Exceptional team from start to finish; and very skilled teams from demolition to full remodel. MBT started project once all materials were either in or to be delivered in a week; and project was completed ahead of schedule. Looks great and very happy with the results.
We are very happy with our bathroom remodel from our estimate,. Installers, designer and office staff. The whole team was courteous and professional and always available to answer questions and provide solutions to any problems that may arise. We would definitely recommend Metropolitan Bath and Tile.
