Food was delicious. Excellent service. Beautiful decor for New Year’s.
I had such high hopes for this restaurant! The menu looked amazing, the reviews were fantastic, and vibe was great too! However, I felt like the food really fell short. We shared the sweet and spicy calamari, short rib empanada, crab cake sliders, and KFC taco. The taco tasted like a child out it together, absolutely not worth the almost $20 price tag. The calamari was probably the best thing we ordered. The cocktails were fantastic but I’m not sure I’d come back here for food again, it just was very subpar.
Great dinner and service as usual.
The restaurant is always consistently good. The chefs are not overly accommodating with adjusting the ingredients in the dishes. The drinks were good. Four of us ordered coffee, two got it and the other two had to wait a while.
Been a few years since I was last there. It was just as I remembered. Food was excellent, ambience was great. Little noisy for a date night but overall i good evening.

Metropolitan cafe looks fabulous! I hadn’t seen how they changed their look since before the pandemic and they did such a nice job modernizing and refreshing the decor. Food and cocktails were wonderful like they always have been. So glad we were back!
