Good food and atmosphere always!
We had a reservation for 6:15pm and our table was ready on time. It was extremely dark inside, making it hard to read our menus. There was also no music playing, so it felt a little quiet. Our server came and got our drinks ordered immediately while we waited for our friends to arrive. We ordered appetizers, sushi rolls were good, the others were just average. We were there for a birthday. Service was great!, the reason I gave it a 4 star is that we liked some dishes and other dishes were bland. Atmosphere is very nice.
The food was amazing. The specials listed were so goOd it was hard to choose. We had the stuffed scallops, twice grilled steak and paella. All were amazing. The lettuce wraps were delicious. We are outside which was nice. Every now and then a loud truck would go by but nothing that made it in enjoyable. This is going to be our new favorite spot!
Everything was very fresh. Food was served promptly. Waiter was professional and courteous. Quality of the food is very good. Will return to try other menu items.
The food and service were great. One minor negative was that we were charged more for one of the drinks than the menu price. Was with other people and the difference wasn't large so I didn't say anything, but I don't like errors like that, and they're always in the restaurant's favor! If this review encourages Metro Cafe to take steps to correct this problem, I'm satisfied.
