RecommendedDuring the cold spell (subfreezing temperatures) I called and said my unit wasn’t working properly and wasn’t keeping up, but it wasn’t an emergency. I just wanted to be put on the list for repair. They still came out that afternoon. They found my unit wasn’t wired properly from the outfit I bought it from and fixed it.
