Was recommended to us by friends so this Sunday we finally decided to try. 2 words, Love It!! Food tasted amazing and staff was helpful explaining everything. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for making our recent order. We LOVE Mezeh! Typically we eat-in at the Hampton, Va location, but a busy schedule tonight forced us to do a delivery from your new Chesapeake location. Everything was delicious, and the Door Dash driver was super friendly, but we were disappointed that our order of Lamb Kefta was missing from one of our bowls. Well I ordered Mezeh again on Tuesday and while I got what I requested the chicken schwarma was burned and dry and the bowl was just kind of sad. I am truly disappointed in what I thought was going to be a great healthy lunch option but the last two experiences were not up to par. Is it lack of employees, training or just people who don’t care?

I walked in at 9:30pm and firstly was not greeted. I was given a snare by one of the employees cleaning behind the service counter. I approach the counter to order and I instead greet the employees. Although the webite says this location doesn’t close until 10pm, all food was removed from the service area and I had to order using a menu. Because this was my first experience, it was very difficult to order with only a menu and staff who didn’t seem to appreciate my presence. Just disappointment!! My Mezeh - Chesapeake order # 793a5bb2 I ordered at 7.37 for a time-sensitive meeting, and selected the grab and go option. The system shows that it'd be ready at 7.52. When I've arrived ,7.58, at the store, they said that it is not prepared. How do you explain this? There was no busyness, no customer, and they were waiting. We have been to Mezeh many times. However, we had the worst experience, when I visited Mezeh Last Saturday evening (8/21) with my wife, 2 kids, and mother-in-law. We received our order at 8:40 PM and half of the chairs were upside down, so I asked the cashier if we can still dine-in, as it was raining outside. She asked another guy in the kitchen and said yes, we can. We started eating and the same guy came and told us that we have 5 minutes to finish our food, so that he can finish cleaning before 9 pm. On 8/21/21 I placed an order for pickup at the Mezeh in Chesapeake, Va using the Mezeh app. I placed the order at 12:30 PM and it was promised for 12:44. I went into the restaurant a few minutes before that and let someone know that I was there for my pickup when it was ready. They did not get my order put together until all the customers on the line received their food, some of them even walked in after 12:44.
