I purchased two orders of the family size veggie kefta. Unfortunately, one bowl of kefta was smashed up and the other bowl only had 9 kefta balls in it. I didn’t realize this issue until I arrived at home to make plates, so I opted to email as opposed to going back up to the store. I love the veggie kefta, and its usually pleasing however this trip was a waste of my $17.
Today was the first time ever visiting your restaurant, and I am elated over the wide array of healthy meal choices. The chicken shawarma was absolutely delicious. Of a certainty, I will be returning soon! A. Smith
They forgot to add the Turkish salad.
We were disappointed to not have the pitas included with our meals and the plates were about half full, whereas it would normally be 3/4 full. It was somewhat disappointing.

Hi, I was trying to use your Valentine's Family Meal coupon to order delivery for my daughter in Fayetteville, NC. In spite of the fact the web page for the F'ville Mezeh says "All orders delivered free" they in fact don't deliver at all. The only way to order was through Doordash, which didn't give me the option to order the family meal at all, let alone use today's coupon. I found this very frustrating. I ordered two bowls and this restaurant was out of almost everything. They had no pita, no corn and no turkish yogurt. The vegetable kefta in my bowls were hard as a rock like it had been sitting or someone forgot about it while cooking. I paid almost $30 and am pretty unsatisfied.
Hi there! We love your restaurant but tonight we found a really long hair in our meal and we didn't feel comfortable eating it. We ordered at the Fayetteville location around 8:00pm. I don't know if there's anything we can do to fix this. Thanks in advance.
My wife and I ordered to go for pick up and when we got home both of our bowls were half full we got a very small portion didn’t even fill us up and I got vegetable kefta in my bowl which you could tell has been sitting out or way over cooked it was very hard. And my wife was missing a couple of her toppings like the cabbage slaw, corn, and spicy hummus so it wasn’t as enjoyable as it should of been. They did not give me a receipt because they would not give me the special of the day five dollars if you buy drink. Did they want to overcharged by seven dollars
