Starting with the bad: they didn’t have a menu anywhere inside except a QR code you scan to get to the ingredients option list but no prices, which made being a first time customer really overwhelming. We came at a normal dinner time hours before they closed and it wasn’t busy at all but they were also out of half of the ingredients / options so there wasn’t much to pick from. Cute, cosy, cost effective little place with upstairs and downstairs seating. Servers are nice and basically kind. Combination of foods are healthy and interesting. Once visit is a must and rating could be five star, if decorations are improved, condiments are better assorted and visibility brighter. Hopefully it will be post pandemic project.. meanwhile good luck 🍀
The concept is the same as Chipotle but I like their choices of protein and toppings better.The staffs were friendly and patient. One of the few healthy options around the campus. It's definitely worth the money!!
Finally, Mezeh comes to the Triangle! This is a build your bowl/pita kind of place with a huge selection of base, protean and toppings. Never seen a "build your own bowl" place with this many toppings to choose from, and all that I tried were fresh and high quality. Definitely get the eggplant topping. A great Mediterranean restaurant on Hillsborough at NC State. The food is fresh and tasty with an option to create your own bowl, pita or wrap. The combinations can make for a great meal. The falafel is prepared there and is quite delicious! Have several fruited drink options that are scrumptious and satisfies your thirst. Upstairs loft seating or main floor dining. The staff is helpful in the selection process and they have an excellent food service rating.
