excellent all-in-one for the price I love this new all-in-one. I was concerned about installation and I am a senior citizen and not tech savvy in the least. I was impressed with the easy instructions and had it up and running in no time. I thank my daughter for showing me this particular printer.
Works great for a less expensive printer I purchased this because my expensive office printer stopped working and I needed something fast. The lazer printer I was going to purchase to replace it, needed to be shipped to my local store which would have taken too long. This printer isn't fancy but it does the job for basic printing needs...both color and black and white are clean and crisp. I wouldn't use it to try and print photos but for basic documentation it's perfect. And it's super easy to use...just plug and play.

Beats HP hands down. Been dissatisfied with several HP printers over the years. This one smokes! And it was half the price. Couldn't be happier with it. Wireless, 2-sided printing, the works!

MFC-J497DW Ordered online and picked up in store, very painless procedure. Printer was easy to set up on both the wireless and wired modes. Connected to two laptops wireless and a desktop with usb wire. Printer seems to work fine but I haven't used it that much to give any kind of informative review.
Works great!! The connection to set up was very smooth. Set up easy. Has been printing just great. Very quiet and fast. Love it!!!
