Great printer. Mediocre support by Brother Printer quality and speed are fine. Does not come with printer to usb cable which was needed as we had difficulty getting wireless connection installed. Brother online instructions were not easy to follow and setup for wireless was time consuming. It works fine now

Very easy to set up and use This is my second Brother's printer. I had the other printer for quite a while. I had no problems with it. I finally donated it to a friend. I decided to purchase another Brother's printer and so far I am having the same good results like the other one. I like the fact that this one is a wireless printer. The printing quality is excellent. The ease of use is also excellent. I purchased this printer with a gift card that was given to me for Mother's Day. We love it.
