Great all-around home printer! Our use is light to medium home duty, with 3 high school/college students and two parents using the printer for mostly printing b&w text, occasional color plain paper use, and occasional photo printing. We've only had the printer less than a month, but so far so good, and it's too early to report meaningfully on ink usage. The price is great, but the OEM cartridges are on the expensive side. Good printer, a little slow Easy to setup and works well for printing and scanning. Only negative is it is a little slow in printing compared to a few other printers I have owned.
Great printer Haven't had this printer for very long but, I have used Brother printers for a long time and they always give good service. They last a long time and are easy to operate. Will continue to use them. Thanks Best Buy for your fast and good service.

Good Printer This printer was just what I was looking for. I've worked from home for several years and my last printer just gave up. while I don't print a lot, it does a good job when I need it. It has great image quality when scanning.
Great printouts, just a little slow. This printer provides great printouts, but is slow on the duplex printing. No problems, just give it time. The picture quality is better than expected, and I was surprise that it does go edge to edge on the paper if requested. Be careful getting ink, after buying the printer, I immediately purchased a set of replacement ink from Best Buy. The Brother LC103BK ink does not fit this printer. The original ink lasted 2 1/2 months; so I did not find it did not fit until after the return period.... read more
