Great little printer for the price Easy set up. Great prints. Love the size. I'd recommend buying the high yield ink.
Great at home printer This is a fantastic printer for at home if you don’t print all too often or need things printed out super fast or perfectly. We use it for mazes, coupons and kids activities - general printing for fun but absolutely worth the money! Had no trouble setting it up to wifi or my phone LOVE that I can hit print on my phone - dl the app on my 8yr old daughters phone and she has no trouble and thinks it’s so cool and it is
Very early into ownership So far, with very little use, I have experienced no problems with this machine. It has responded to my commands rapidly and printed very quickly. I did have a question about a particular setting when I used the "Quick Start Guide". So, I called customer service. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes, I got a very disinterested female who had difficulty with the English language, and her attitude and answers for me were in no way helpful for me. I hung up very dissatisfied.
It is exactly what I had expected Easy to set up for basic functions. Not the most efficient machines without a touch screen and some of the features were not as straight forward as one would like. But good quality for the cost.

Very Happy with it First fax machine I bought in a very long time. Im surprised for the money how well it works! Fast! Nice printer and scanner, WIFI, easy to use no jams and plenty of option. I really glad the BB guy told me to get this one. I solidly love it.
