Not bad - fair It's fast and the printer is ok, but we have run across some inconvenient issues here and there that get annoying. It won't print things correctly from certain variants of PDF files and firmwear updates have caused it to malfunction and it had to be taken in for repair because brother couldn't fix it over the phone. We print checks for office use. Sometimes it will grab more than one check when printing so we have to open the drawer and put a new check in one at a time. Excellent Features bought this to upgrade my current printer as I needed more functions and this definitely fits my needs and the price was right!
Weird configuration Weird design and configuration of the screen. I was hoping the layout would be like the MFC-J6710DW layout. I am not use to putting the paper in the tray horizontally and on top of the feeder vertically. Too much imbalance for me, BUT it is what it is. I was in need of a printer.
Good product Only unlikable feature, fax can not be set to pick up or not. Had to discount from phone line. Other wise would of given 5 stars.
Easy to set up Not too happy with clearness of color documents and having problem with line that shows up on copies.
