Brother Printer Works great and fast printing
Nice... but... This all in one printer is very hard to set up and difficult to use due to the non intuitive controls. This has made our transition from HP difficult. We are hopeful that with time we can say better things and if it is reliable, unlike HP inkjet these days, we will be happy with our purchase.
Love it! I love this thing! The print quality is very good. Super Smart technology prints directly to my email. I don't see how I could have bee better.
Reruns I think a system needs to be set up for returning old ink cartridges by sending them in by UPS
Good printer for the most part This printer does most of what I want and does it well. 11 x 17 printing and scanning, fax, copy, but does not scan to multiple types of files like other printers simultaneously. I've research everywhere to see if there's included software to scan at the same time as a tiff, jpeg, pdf, etc. but cannot find it anywhere. Other than that I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great printer This printer was easy to set up and after the first few weeks has been easy to use. It is larger but this is because of the larger paper capabilities. It was great that the printer came with ink, it will be even better if it lasts a year as indicated. I was spending more than the cost of the printer per year in ink for my prior machine. I would recommend.
Great printer and customer service! Great printer for home office, prints fast
Brother MFC-J6545DW Set-up went smoothly but patience needed to load software to link up with home wireless network. Machine is large and heavy but has capacity for 11x17 which is not common for many other brands. Machine is quiet when running. Paper loading is a bit finicky to meet instructions.
