great printer good printer. the only thing to make it perfect is that sending a print job to the printer wakes it up from energy saving mode. right now I must press the power button each time to restart the printer. quality, speed, etc great. I would also like the printer to talk a 500 sheet team of paper.
Works great for now I’m not great with computers. Had a problem setting up. I got it to work when I first bought it. Then a week later the printer said it was off line. Hoping after I reinstalled it will continue to print.
Great product bad accessing Customer services Great product but if you need customer services you're out of luck , no phone # to call , the web based support is slow , lots of attempts and patience will be required

Great and reliable. So far so good. Good print quality and everything functions the way it should. Easy to set up wirelessly. My parents and sister all have been using Brother laser printers for a couple decades and never had issues.
Not the best or the worse This printer works fine, but the paper holder is small and will not hold a ream of paper. The toner cartridges do not contain large amounts of toner only about 12,000 sheets will be processed with the largest cartridge they sell

P I love the printer but it doesn't seem like the cartridges last as long as they are supposed to.
