Prints good, scan could be better Prints are great. Speed of print is great but I have yet to get a clear scan either from the tray or the feeder. Duplex scanner is a nice feature but again it is not the clearest

Brother printer My second one. After a year the drum went out on the first one. I had two print cartridges so bought another printer.

The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge.
Like having a brother to help me with my work! The printer works like a charm. But it up perfectly from the moment I plugged it in and connected it to my PC. The interface is intuitive and I don’t ever need to open the instructions on the main PC. I just use the screen on the printer itself. I especially like its ability to scan my documents and turn them into PDFs. Very happy with the choice I made.
High output at a low cost I was looking for a printer with higher output than my old inkjet printer, and this is exactly what I wanted. Inexpensive. Fast start up and quick output, even for two-sided printing, and no loss of print quality with large print jobs. Outstanding.
