Great Printers This has proven to be a great printer and has worked very well. This is the third Brother printer we have had over the years and it is always the right choice.
Great machine but lacking technical support Really like the printer/scanner but no support available unless you want to join a forum as was suggested by customer service as there’s no technical support line. I’m experiencing an issue which should be easy to resolve with some technical know how but unable to accomplish this by reviewing various forums.

Good but huge amperage draw. Printer is very good but the amerage draw on a cold start was in excess of their specifications. Amp meter showed a spike of over 20 amps. I had to return it because it would always pop the breaker. I had no issues with the older model of this printer.
