Good features. Good! But a little bit complicated to operate. For example, it was not easy to understand how to print out address labels.
Very good with one big caveat This is an very good printer and scanner. I have it set up as a network device, and it works flawlessly: excellent prints with superb grays, fast, sharp, etc., But... it has an absolute idiotic "process" of hand-feeding documents: move the unit from the wall, open front gate, open back gate, lower two well hidden minuscule green thumb levers, hand feed the form, go back to your computer, press "print", go back to printer pickup the printed document, and repeat in reverse the initial "procedure".... read more

I’ve loved we’ve had. This is the ever, work/home. I’ve had computers and printers since February 1985 and been pleased with all of them. This one is spectacularly easy to use - once shown how - and easier to like. It scans easily to PDFs, prints and copies like a dream. Quiet and smooth. Called for help installing first new cartridge, which they’d advised in the beginning when I signed up for automatic cartridge renewal. They were correct. Highly unlikely could change the cartridge with form provided and otherwise unaided. ... read more
Smooth reliable so far This printer is a huge upgrade from my previous ink jet device. It prints quickly and smoothly. No problems encountered yet but quite satisfied so far.
Great Printer Printer was easy to set up and worked with little to no troubleshooting.
Good for the Price I love the printer but I often have ink spots on the documents that I am printing. Due to the fact that I’m printing loan documents I’m wasting toner as well as paper reprinting.

Simple efficient This model replaced an earlier model that didn’t have a collar monitor and the Wi-Fi was iffy this one works like a charm without any hesitation prince fast and economical
