BROTHER NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE DO NOT BUY! Nothing but issues from day one. From regular paper jams to the toner cartridge leaking. Customer service was even worst. When we tried to get customer support, we were basically told that we're on our own. For nearly 20 years I've only ever used Brother products--not so anymore since the company can't even stand behind its products.

Was delivered in a box that looked like it had been opened and resealed a couple of times and with a defective fuser which took a week to get replaced under warranty and cost $90 for on site service. Brother customer service in the Dominican Republic was ridiculously inept at helping but great at consuming time with repeated and mind numbingly worthless repetition of what you said.
