Excellent experience can’t recommend them enough. We moved states and this was the easiest part of our move! The driver was super friendly experienced and professional helped level the box once dropped and was able to place the box in a tight squeeze spot with ease! My items were handled with care. My box was placed in storage for about a month as we sold one property and were waiting to close on our new property. When the box was dropped all our items were safe and sound!! The moving experience itself gets 3 stars. The drop-off went fine. The move missed the pickup window, but got picked up on the correct date. The pick-up was terrible - they forgot to come pick it up, never picked up the phone or responded to voicemails. The customer experience brought it down to 1 star. I was surprised with a charge 1 week after dropping off the pod. After calling in, I was told that it was to "ensure the contents of the pod". Bad experience. I used them twice, the first time was good, the second time not so much. I had the box in storage for over a year. We received it and it had a mice infestation, with poop all over our belongings and furniture and chewed through leather bags, blankets, etc. they said in response that they perform pest control, and that’s why I have insurance. Well clearly not enough pest control and it’s not $500 worth of damage to warrant a deductible. Note that we did NOT have any cleaning products or food in the pod. Also,... read more

I can't say enough positive things about MI-BOX! They delivered and picked up the box on time. The box was spotless! The drivers were excellent. The entire rental was fantastic! They called me the day before delivery and also the day before pick up. The callers were thorough and polite and made sure all my questions and concerns were well answered and taken care of. MI-BOX is top notch! I highly recommend them!

We retired and moved from Boston to a small ranch house on Cape Cod almost two years ago. We all know that moving and downsizing is a huge pain and at the last minute we called MI-Box and had them deliver an 8’ x 8’ storage pod to the new house to use for overflow, since we have no garage or attic here on the Cape. Well, they were awesome! Quick to respond and get the pod in place, exactly where we wanted it, in a couple of days. It was clean, weathertight and had an easy to open overhead door.
