They were efficient, and delicate with all of my belongings wrapping everything very sensitive I.e. my glass table with blankets I vehemently recommend their services to anyone moving during this stressful time.

I was very stressed and nervous, building has a very strict conditions for Moving Companies and it was a full two bedroom apartment of furniture, buildings elevators are very tiny, however guys did a great job to bring everything up on the 34th floor and put it all together with no time and no scratches!! On July 25th, 2020 I was extorted by a mover from Miami Move For Less Inc. On 7/7/20 sales agent Rey De La Silva promised that I would have a stress-free move with a professional moving company that did not subcontract its jobs. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I had booked moving today at 11am and made it clear that I could only use service elevator at my destination until 3pm. I was told there was a one hour window from 11am which was ok. My text requesting an eta went unanswered by Rey Silva the guy that booked me only to receive a call from the movers at 10:53am to tell me it would be 12 or 12:30pm. So we wait. Today was a DISASTER. I will be filing a prompt lawsuit against this company. Missing $300 in therapeutic bedding and pillows. This is after they were nearly 2.5 hours late. They just finished before 8PM from 2:30. Nobody there knows what’s going on. Filing a consumer.gov and FTC.gov complaint against them as well as a BBB complaint. Do NOT use this company. I can’t even get anyone on the phone to remedy this. Absolute HELL.
