Michael and his team were very helpful and always available for any questions at anytime. My wife and I used Michael to buy a second home and Michael went above and beyond to make this easy and stress free as possible for me and my family.
Had an easy time with this lender. Was working with another lender at first. Switched over and was happy with the results. This was during virus time and took about 5 weeks.

It was the easiest and pain free financing I have ever done. I would recommend Michael hands down over anyone I have ever used in the past. Michael is a true professional he keep us informed all the way through the process. When we need information all we had to do was call and he would make sure we were keep informed and that we understood everything. He got every thing done in a timely manner so it was less stress on us.

He is very timely and effective in his response times and is truly the best in Highlands County in my opinion to work with in terms of the loan approval/lending process.
