The way Michael and his team treated my client made her feel important, a valued memeber of the house closing "team", and very calm and reassured throughout the process. As an older buyer, technology wasn't always on her side and Michael's team helped her work through any and all technical issues. From an agent side, I appreciated the timely and constant communication as well as the time taken to explain various financial situations so I could advocate and negotiate for my buyer.
