Michael was wonderful to work with. I wish we could say the same for his colleagues. As first-time homebuyers who are part of the Millenials and Gen-Zers, we would have liked the information provided by the Loan Coordinator to be more explicit and, in a way, over-explained. While it's their job and they've done these closing docs thousands of times, it was our first time and I wish it would have been treated as such at times.
