We had a great experience with Churchill Mortgage from the very first call. Austin was communicating with me regularly and kept me posted on the progress. He was very reachable and answered questions patiently and helped me throughout the process. Having gone through really bad customer experience with other banks and credit unions, I can strongly say that Austin, Maggie and Michael's team is top notch in providing the best customer experience to Home buyers.

There was some mistakes in the paperwork and signing and Mr. Brown went well above what he should have done to correct the problems and make sure everything was done as we desired.

Michael is a pleasant professional and always available to address my inquiries (on phone, SMS, or in person). He shows genuine interest in working with me and did not leave me wondering or confused. The entire team was a pleasure to work with...Maggie, Austin, Michael and Rochelle. They have answered all questions I had in regards to the process which also came with frequent update calls to ensure everything was moving along smoothly. Highly recommend Churchill Mortgage!!

I think these guys did have a commitment to helping me through the process and keeping me informed. There was a point at which I had a big concern and I feel that they responded proactively to that concern in a timely and positive manner.
