Following a divorce my credit was far from perfect. Michael gladly gave me advice to get it cleared up. After getting my credit cleaned up a bit he was able to get my approved for a USDA loan. he was great at communicating with me, he took into consideration my crazy work schedule (I work nights) and would try to only contact me at times convenient for me. He was always quick to get back with me or my realitor with any questions we had. Michael and his as assistant Maggie are great!
